Meal Planning Consultation
When you begin working with me, my priority is to truly understand your goals, routines, preferences, challenges, and relationship with food. From there, I guide you through a supportive, step-by-step process that may include:

Menu plans are designed for one month time frames.

Follow up Consultations
Follow up appointments are booked to help track your progress and support the work you are doing with RDN.
Appointments vary between 15, 30 or 45 minutes, progressively less time needed as symptoms improve, for as long as you need to reach your health goals.
Session 1 is the follow up after initial consultation to work on diet plan phase 2 and check in on patient progress. This follow up lasts between 30-45 minutes.
Session 2 is 20-30 minutes in length and is usually scheduled for discussing lab work, hormone testing or supplement protocols.
On average it takes 2-3 session 1 follow up appointments to make big changes and to teach you what you need to know to get on track in your health journey.
As a holistic dietitian, I believe that treating all aspects of your health gives you the best results long term.
